Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
The project
wewrote.ai is a collective creative project — a living book written by humanity and synthesised by AI. By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Submission rules
You may submit up to two sentences per day, with a minimum one-hour gap between submissions. Each sentence must be 180 characters or fewer. Submissions must be your own words.
You must not submit: hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content; personal information about yourself or others (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses); spam, advertising, or URLs; threats, harassment, or incitement to violence; content designed to manipulate or corrupt the AI generation process.
Submissions that violate these rules will be withheld from generation and reviewed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your individual submitted sentence. By submitting, you grant wewrote.ai a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use your sentence as source material for AI synthesis, to incorporate themes or imagery derived from it into generated pages, and to publish those pages permanently as part of the collective book.
The generated pages are the intellectual property of wewrote.ai. The collective work is not owned by any individual contributor.
Account
You must sign in with a Google account to contribute. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
wewrote.ai is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or continuity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. The archive is maintained in good faith as a permanent record but we make no legally binding guarantee of permanence.
AI generation
Pages are generated by an AI model (currently Claude by Anthropic). The AI synthesises themes from submissions and does not reproduce them verbatim. We make no representations about the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Generated pages reflect the themes of submissions, not the specific views or intentions of individual contributors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wewrote.ai is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability, if any, is limited to €10.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of the operator. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
